There are three types of services to choose from: Yoga, Meditation and Reiki.

YOGA
Individual or Group
Using a yoga-for-all approach, each session is customized to meet you where you are on your wellness journey. No matter your yoga experience, body type or ability the goal of each practice is to ground the spirit, center the mind, and invigorate the body. All levels, body types and abilities are welcome.

REIKI L1&L2
In-person or Distant
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. Reiki is a non-invasive and gentle practice that uses palm healing through which a “universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing. Some benefits may include: reduce pain, minimize depression and/or anxiety, improve mood.

MEDITATION
Individual or Group
Meditation is a subtle, yet very powerful practice that can help us deal with every-day stress and triggers. As continued practice it holds the potential to release deep-seated traumas and guide our awareness toward our most authentic self.
